Sound skipping in V9

No matter which r0m I boot, I have audio skipping (and a static sound).

I'm having NO issues with V5 or Mame32 More!

Any suggestions? I moved the latency setting all over the place and it didn't help.

Yep i know that problem i have the same on my computer and it seems to be a hardware probleme cause some other guys didn't have sound problems.

I wish it'll be fix in the new v13 version, i'm on compiling...;)
