How to compile Mame32k source code?

How to compile Mame32k source code? I need compile the Mame32k 0.64 version for enable direct input. But I dont have this source code, I only have the source code of Mame32k 0.67. Rabbit have the source code? Upload this source code and tutorial how to compile. Thanks.
